San Vito di Cadore is crossed by the country road "SS 51 di Alemagna". Coming from South the way is very easy and straight-forward: you should drive the high-way A27, that ends into SS 51 and after simply follow SS 51 (direction: Cortina d'Ampezzo) until reaching San Vito di Cadore. Coming from North, the way is slightly more complicated (but much shorter for people coming from Austria or Germany). You should drive the country road "SS 49" along Val Pusteria/Pustertal until reaching Dobbiaco/Toblach; just after entering Dobbiaco/Toblach take a turn right entering "SS 51 di Alemagna" (direction: Cortina d'Ampezzo): San Vito di Cadore is the first town after crossing Cortina.
