The conference will take place in the conference centre of San Vito di Cadore (Dolomites, Italy) from 18-24 September 2016. It is located in the center of San Vito di Cadore and reachable in walking distance from most of the suggested accommodation.
San Vito di Cadore is a beautiful resort town at an altitude of 1011m located in the wonderful Dolomites mountains in the north of Italy. The surrounding mountains (Antelao, Pelmo, Marcora, Tofana) are famous in the world. Mount Antelao "King of the Dolomites" (see image right side), is the second highest mountain among the Dolomites. San Vito di Cadore is at around 10 km distance to Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The whole region is World-wide famous for its alpin ski resorts. And the nordic ski facilities are quite renowned.
